Made-to-order items
Every WHIMTHORN nail set is prepared to the selected shape and size. Please review your measurements, product photos and customization notes carefully before ordering. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
Something arrived wrong?
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly using the website contact form. Include your order ID, a short description and clear photos so we can review the issue.
How we resolve problems
We review each claim and, as appropriate, may arrange a correction, replacement or refund. The remedy depends on what happened and any consumer protections that apply to your order.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact us before returning any package so we can confirm whether a return is appropriate and provide instructions. For hygiene and custom-fit reasons, returns for a change of mind may be limited where permitted by law.
Payment refunds
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when available. Processing times may vary by PayPal, your card issuer or bank.
