Shipping Policy
Handmade to order, packed with care and tracked to your door.
Production time
Each made-to-order set is prepared in approximately 1–3 business days, before it is handed to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and relevant holidays.
Delivery estimates
United States: approximately 7–9 business days after dispatch. Other countries: approximately 14–19 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs inspections and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Shipping charges
United States: $8 USD for the first set, plus $2 USD for each additional set in the same order. Outside the United States: $14 USD for the first set, plus $7 USD for each additional set in the same order. Shipping is calculated from the delivery country entered at checkout.
Tracking
When your parcel is shipped and a tracking number becomes available, the shop can add the carrier and tracking reference to your order. Use Track Your Order with your WHIMTHORN order ID and checkout email to view its current status.
Customs, duties and taxes
Taxes, import duties, brokerage and customs charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless the checkout expressly shows these as prepaid, they are not included in our listed shipping fees and may be requested by customs or the carrier before delivery. Please check the destination country’s rules before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping details carefully before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Any customs or import charges not specifically marked as prepaid at checkout may be charged separately by your country or the delivery carrier.
