Store and products
WHIMTHORN NAIL ATELIER is an independent seller of made-to-order press-on nails. Product pictures show examples of handmade work; small variations in painted or sculpted details can occur.
Prices and checkout
Prices are listed in US dollars. Product prices, shipping fees and applicable discounts are summarized before payment. Additional import duties or taxes can be assessed by destination authorities if not expressly prepaid at checkout.
Measurements and requests
You are responsible for checking size, shape, shipping address and contact details before placing an order. Custom changes should be described in the notes and are subject to feasibility.
Order processing
An order is not paid merely because an order reference is created. An order is confirmed for production after successful payment is verified and accepted.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery delays outside our control may occur.
Changes, returns and refunds
Please read the Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
